- LDH greater than upper limit of normal
STANDARD IPI (APPLICABLE TO ALL PATIENTS)
Score one point for each of the following characteristics:
- Stage III or IV
- Performance status 2-4
- LDH greater than upper limit ofnormal
- More than one site of extranodaldisease
- Age > 60 years
INTERNATIONAL PROGNOSTIC INDEX FOR FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA
Score one point for each of the following characteristics:
- Age > 60 years
- Ann Arbor stage III or IV
- Hemoglobin < 12 g/l\
- More than 4 nodal areas involved
- LDH greater than upper limit of normal
